Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with
a mineral specimen you purchase from Civil Minerals, please contact us right away! Your satisfaction is our top priority!
We will arrange for you to send back the specimen, and your money, along with any shipping costs you incurred to receive and
return the specimen, will be refunded to you.
Broken or Damaged Items
We will carefully
pack your specimens to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left! Although it is rare, sometimes accidents
happens and a specimen may be damaged in transit. For specimens with high values, we strongly encourage the buyer to
purchase additional insurance to recover the costs of an item that becomes damaged in transit.
